Custom Made: Please allow 7–29 business days for delivery time on your new custom-made jewelry. Each piece will pass a thorough multi point inspection before shipping out. Please be aware there are no refunds or returns on purchases of iced out and custom-made chains and bracelets.

Please allow 4–14 business days for delivery time. Each piece will pass a thorough multi point inspection before shipping out. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be unused, in original and resalable condition accompanied by their original packaging to qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit Returns may be subject to a processing fee.
